James Walls
James Walls is the Codes Director for the Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute (CISPI), a not-for-profit trade association. He is responsible for monitoring plumbing codes across The United States and interfacing with various national, state, and local code bodies. James has done countless presentations regarding plumbing systems and is one of our in-house technical experts.
A 28-year veteran of The Institute, James is a former Chief Plumbing Inspector for Garland, Texas, and a licensed plumber. James currently resides just outside of Dallas, TX in Garland and is a fan of The Dallas Cowboys.
